Our 10-Year Warranty 我们的十年质保说明

Our 10-Year Warranty：

  • Your Dreamland mattress is built to last, and we stand behind its quality with a 10-year limited warranty. If you experience any quality issues, such as sagging or broken springs, within the first year, we will replace your mattress with a brand-new one of the same model and size. You will need to cover the shipping costs for the replacement. 
  • After the first year, a depreciation fee applies based on the original purchase price, increasing by 10% per year (e.g., 10% in year two, 20% in year three, up to 90% in year ten).

Please note:

  • We do not offer returns, exchanges, or refunds if you simply change your mind or do not like how the mattress feels.
  • Warranty claims must be based on quality issues, and you must provide photo evidence of the problem to initiate a claim.
  • The warranty only covers damage resulting from reasonable use. It does not apply to damage caused by abuse, such as jumping on the mattress or placing excessively heavy objects on it.

我们的十年质保说明：

  • 一年内床垫质量问题，如床垫塌陷，换一次全新同款同尺寸床垫，床垫不收费。
  • 一年以后，客户按购买价格及相应使用年限支付床垫折旧费，折旧费每年递增10%，第二年到第十年每年支付的折旧费分别为10%、20%、30%、40%、50%、60%、70%、80%、90%，十年之后质保结束。
  • 除了支付折旧费外，更换床垫的时候，我们会收取相应的运费。

另外特别说明：

  • 为确保每次客户拿到的都是全新床垫，我们不提供床垫试用服务，也不提供退货服务，谢谢理解。
